NOTIFICATION
No F-5-05A/IIVTrans./2019.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of Section 68 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 (No.59 of 1988), the State Government, hereby, declares the whole Chhattisgarh as one area for the purposes ofSection 68 ofthe said Act.

NOTIFICATION
No F-5-05A/IlUTrans./2019.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (l) read with second proviso to sub-section (2) of section 68 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 (59 of 1988) and in supersession of this department previous notification No. F 5-12lVlll-Trans.l20l7(Part} Dated 26 October 2017, the State Government, hereby, constitute Single Regional Transport Authority and appoints Transport Commissioner, Chhattisgarh as Single Regional Transport Authority for entire Chhattisgarh area to exercise and discharge the powers and its functions conferred by or under the said act.
It shall come into force from the date of its publication in OfficialGazelle.
