No. F 4-1412017129-1.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essential CommoditiesAct, 1955(l0of 1955)andvideOrderNo.S.O.434l(E),dated3rdDecember,2019 issuedbythe Government of India, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Scheduled Commodities Dealers (Licensing and Restriction on Hoarding) Order, 2009, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the said order,-
1. In Schedule-Il, for serial number 5 and entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
