No.F 7-5612016132.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 19 of Chhattisgarh Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973,the State Government hereby accord approval to the Durg-Bhilai Development Plan Review 2031 submitted by Commissioner cum Directorate under sub section (3) of section 18 of said Adhiniyam. Durg-Bhilai Development Plan Review 2031 is being published in "Chhattisgarh Rajpatra" for as required by sub-section (4) of section l9 of the said Adhiniyam. 2l The copy of the approved Durg-Bhilai Development Plan Review 2031 shall be available during office hours for inspection in the following offices :-

3/ The Durg-Bhilai Development Plan Review 2031 shall come into operation from the date of publication ofthe said notice in Chhattisgarh Rajpatra as per the provision ofsub- section (5) ofsection 19 of Chhattisgarh Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyan, 1973.
