No.ll²l⁹⁷⁴ll²⁰¹⁹/RSru.-⁹. - Whereasthe Government ofChhattisgarh, Department ofHigherEducation have issuedaNotificationNo. F l5-3D019138-2, dated3rd Jaruary,2D2}withregardto SantGahiraGuruVishwavidyalaya, SargujaAmbikapurtmder Section 52(1) ofthe ChhattisgmhVishwavidyalayaAdhiniyam, 1973 (No. 22 of 1973), effective from 3rd January, 2020, now therefore, I, Anusuiya Uikey, Kuladhipati, Sant Gahira Guru Vishwavidyalaya, Sarguja Ambikapur in exercise of powers conferred under modified Section 13 and 14 read with Section 52(3) ofthe Chhaftisgarh Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam , 1973, and in consultation with the State Government, Order to remove Professor Rohini Prasad from the office of Kulapati of Sant Gahira Guru Vishwavidyalaya, SargujaAmbikapur with immediate effect.
