No.ll4l974112019/RSru.-9.-WhereastheGovernmentofChhattisgarh,DepartmentofHigherEducation have issued a Notification No. F l5-3D019138-2, dated 3rd lanuary,2020 with regard to Sant Gahira Guru Vishwavidyalay4 SargujaAmbikapurunder Section 52(1) ofthe Ctrhattisgmh VishwavidyalayaAdhiniyam, 1973 (No. 22 of |973),effective from 3rd January, 2020, now therefore, I, Anusuiya Uikey, Kuladhipati, Sant Gahira Guru Vishwavidyalaya, Sarguja Ambikapur in exercise ofpowers conferred under modified Section 13 and 14 read with Section 52(3) ofthe Chhattisgarh Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 1973, and in consultation with the State Government, hereby appoint Commissioner, Sarguja Division, Ambikapur as the Kulapati, ofthe said Vishwavidyalaya with immediate effect until further orders.
