An Act further to amend the Chhattisgarh Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 1973
(No.22 of1973).
Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Seventieth Year of the Republic of
India, as follows :-
1. (l) This Act may be called the Ctrhattisgarh Vishwavidyalaya (Sanshodhan) Short title' ' Adhiniyam,2Ole. ::[il.,..,.,::u @ It shall extend to the whole State of Chhattisgarh.
(3) It shall come into force fromthe date ofits publication inthe OfficialGazette.
2. In Part-II (Revised) of the Second Schedule ofthe Chhattisgarh Vishwavidyalaya Amendment of Adhiniyam,1973 (No. 22 of 1973), (hereinafterreferredtoasthePrincipalAct),- Part-II (Rwised)oof
Schedule' (l) inentriesofcolumn(4)of serialmrnber3 offorthewords"BilaspurKorba,
Janjgir-Champa and Raigarh", the words " Bilaspur and Korba" shall be substituted.
