NOTIFICATION
No. F 10-19/2010/16.- [n exercise of the powers conferred by Section 7 and33-B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (No. 14 of 1947), and in supersession of all previous notifications, the State Government, hereby, -
(a) constitutes the Labour Courts as mentioned in column number (2) of the Table below, under the provisions of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (No. 14 of 1947), for adjudicating any subject of industrial dispute as mentioned in the Second Schedule of the said Act and performing the duties assigred to the Labour Court and empowers only those presiding officers as mentioned in column (3) who has been a District Judge or an Additional District Judge for a period not less than three years or has held any judicial office in lndia for not less than seven years or has completed five years of service as Presiding Officer in Labour Court as per clause (b), (d) and (e) of sub-section (3) of Section 7 of the said Act, respectively:-

o) withdraws all the pending cases under the said Act in respective Labour Courts constituted by the previous notifications and transfers to respective Labour Courts constituted under this notification and it is further directed that transferee Labour Courts shall take further proceedings of said cases from the stage they are tansferred to them.
(c) This notification shall be applicable from l3th Novembet,20l9.
