No. F 7-1912015/12.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 98, sub-section (4) of Section l5 andSection l5Aof theMinesandMinerals(DevelopmentandRegulation)Act, 1957(No.67 of 1957),the State Governmeirt, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Ctrhattisgarh Disfict Mineral Foundation Trust Rules, 2015, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
l. In rule 22, in sub-rule (3), after clause (h), the following shall be added, namely:-
'(i) Basic Facilities :- Maximum five percent of the funds earmarked under the other priority areas may be spent for providing the basic facilities like housing, dress materials for women and . children and other essential household materials etc. on mining affected people living in the Scheduled areas of the State for social, economic upliftment and their livelihood."
