No. 178/PPS/2020. - In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub-section (5) of Section 15 of the Hidayatullah NationalUniversityoflaw CtrhattisgarhAct,2003(No.10of2003)andinconsultationwittrtheStateGovemment,the Chancellor, hereby, makes the following amendment in the statutes ernbodied in the Schedule of the saidAct, namely :-

In the said Statutes,-
For clause (xi) of Statute 1, the following shall be substituted, namely :-
'(xi) Five eminent educationists comprising ofthree from the field oflaw (three from Law Universities/ Law Department of multidisciplinary Universities), two from Social Sciences/flumanities/ Management/Science/Technology, to be nominated by the Chancellor."
