NOTICE
No. F I l-01/2019/Seven-4.- In pursuance of the provision contained in the proviso to sub-section (2) of Section13oftheChhattisgarhLandRevenueCode,lg5g (No.20 of1959),noticeisherebygiventhatinexerciseofthe powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 13 ofthe said Code, the State Government proposes to alter the limits of Tehsil specified in iolumn (3), to create a new Tehsil specified in column (4) and to defrre the limits thereof as specified in Schedule below.
The proposal shall be taken into consideration on the expiry of sixty days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette and any objections or suggestions in respect thereof may be forwarded, in writing to the Secretary, Department of Revenue and Disaster Management, Government of Chhattisgarh, Mahanadi Bhawan, Mantralaya, Capitol Complex, Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, District Raipur, Ctrhattisgarh before the expiry of the said period:-
