No. F I l-01/2019/Seven4.- In pursuance of the provision contained in the proviso to sub-section (2) of Section 13 ofthe Ctrhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (No. 20 of 1959), notice is hereby given that in exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section l3 ofthe said Code, the State Government proposes to alter the limits of Tehsil specified in column (3), to create a new Tehsil specified in column (4) and to define the limits thereof as specified in Schedule below.
