NOTIFICATION No. 1/2020 - State Tax (Rate)
No. F-10-12/2020|CTN(5).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (l) of section 9 and sub-section (5) of section 15 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017), the State Govemment, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the State Government, in the Commercial Tax Departrnent, Notification No. l/2017-State Tax (Rate), No. F-1043/2017/CTN(69) dated the 28th Jtne,2017, published in the Gazette (Extraordinary) of Chhattisgarh, No. 252 dated the 29th June, 2017,namely:-
In the said notification, -
(a) in Schedule lI - 6yo, S. No. 242 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted;
O) in Schedule lY - l4yo, for S. No. 228 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. No. and the entries shall be substituted, namely: -
*228. Any chapter Lottery
2. This notification shall come into force on the lstday of March, 2020.
