(l) An election is to be held of two members to the Council of States by the elected members of the Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly;
@ Nomination papers may be delivered by a candidate or by any of his proposers, to the Returning Officer or in his absence to the Assistant Returning Offrcer, at Committee Room No. I Ctrhattisgarh Vidhan Sabha Bhavan, Raipur between 11.00 a. m. to 3.00 p. m. on any day (other then public holiday) not later then Friday, the l3th March,2020;
(3) Forms of nomination paper may be obtained at the place and time aforesaid;
(4) Thenominationpaperswillbetakenupfor scrutiny at2.00 p. m. on Monday, the 16th March, 2020, at Committee Room No. I Ctrhattisgmh Vidhan Sabha Bhavan, Raipur;
