No.F5-58l2}l7ll0-2.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(1)ofSection 4ofthelndian ForestAct, 1927 (No. 16 of 1927), the State Government, hereby, declares that it has been decided to constitute the following land with Khasra Number and area as shown in columns (a) and (5) respectively of the Schedule mentioned below and within such situation and limits as specified in column (6) of the said Schedule as 'Reserved Forest' and appoints the Sub-Divisional Offrcer (Revenue), Khairagarh Sub-Division to act as the Forest Settlement-Offtcer to inquire into and determine the existence, nature and extent ofany rights alleged to exist in favour ofany person in or over any land comprised in the said Schedule or in or over any forest-produce and to deal with the same in accordance with the provisions of Chapter-Il ofthe saidAct, namely :-
