अधिसूचना

क्रमांक एफ 9-27/2008/29-1(3). ― आवष्यक वस्तु अधिनियम, 1955 (1955 का सं. 10) की धारा 3 एवं छत्तीसगढ़ सार्वजनिक वितरण प्रणाली (नियंत्रण) आदेष, 2016 केे खण्ड 21 द्वारा प्रदत्त षक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्‌द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ सार्वजनिक वितरण प्रणाली (नियंत्रण) आदेष, 2016 में निम्नलिखित संषोधन करती है, अर्थात्‌ :-

उक्त आदेष में -

खण्ड 9 में, उप-खण्ड (9) में, अंक एवं षब्द ''3 वर्ष'' के स्थान पर, अंक एवं षब्द ''3 माह'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये।

NOTIFICATION

No. F 9-27/2008/29-1(3). ― In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (No. 10 of 1955) read with clause 21 of Chhattisgarh Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016, the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in the Chhattisgarh Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said order -In clause 9, in sub-clause (9), for the figure and word "3 years", the figure and word "3 months" shall be substituted. By order and in the name of the Governor of Chhattisgarh, MANOJ KUMAR SONI, Special Secretary.
