अधिसूचना
क्रमांक एफ 10-36/2020/वा.क.(आब.)/पांच(48). ― छाीसगढ़ आबकारी अधिनियम, 1915 (क्रमांक 2 सन् 1915) की धारा 62 की उप-धारा (2) के खण्ड (घ), (ङ), (च), (छ) और (ज) तथा उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, छाीसगढ़ विदेशी मदिरा नियम 1996 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करता है, अर्थात :-
संशोधन
1. उक्त नियमों में नियम 8 के उप-नियम (5) के पश्चात् निम्नानुसार 5(अ) अंतः-स्थापित किया जाता है :-
''5(अ), अनुज्ञप्तिधारी अनुज्ञप्ति का हस्तांतरण, अनुज्ञापन प्राधिकारी की पूर्व अनुमति पश्चात्, किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति/फर्म/कंपनी के नाम पर कर सकेगा जो किसी आबकारी अनुज्ञप्ति को धारण करने की पात्रता रखता हो। इस हेतु हस्तांतरी को ऐसी समस्त औपचारिकताओं को पूर्ति करना आवश्यक होगा जैसा कि एक नवीन आवेदक के लिये निर्धारित है। निर्धारित अनुज्ञप्ति शुल्क का 10% राशि हस्तांतरण शुल्क के रूप में पृथकतः देय होगा।''
उक्त संशोधन दिनांक 01-04-2020 से प्रवृा होगा।

NOTIFICATION
No. F 10-36/2020/CT(EX)/V(48). ― In exercise of the powers conferred under (d), (e), (f). (g) and (n) of sub-section (2) and sub-section (1) of Section 62 of Chhattisgarh Excise Act, 1915 (No. II of 1915) the State Government, hereby makes further more amendment in the Chhattisgarh Foreign Liquor Rules 1996, as follows :-
AMENDMENT
1. In the above rules, 5(a) to be added after sub-rule (5) of Rule 8 :-
"5(a). A Licensee can transfer his license in the name of any person/firm/company, who is eligible for holding any Excise License after prior permission of the licensing authority. The person/firm/company to whom the license is being transferred shall have to fulfil all such formalities which is necessary to get any new license. A transfer fee equivalent to the amount of 10% of the concerned license fee shall be payable separately."
The above amendment shall be applicable from 01-04-2020.
