RESOLUTION

SN. F ¹⁰-⁵/^20051115. - Vide even number resolution datedzs January ²⁰⁰⁵ Government had stablished a specific authoritytobe known as'Chhattisgarh Bio-FuelAuthority" (CBDA) forpromotion ofBio,Fuel in Clrhattisgarh. State Governmen! hereby, makes following furttrer amendment in resolution F 10-5/200511/5, dated25 January 2005, namely:-

In the said resolution-

In resolution, for the words *Executive Director" wherever they occur, the word "Chief Executive Officet'' shall be substituted.
