482 uffi€Ir€ rrqqd, fr{ifi 2 r w$ zozo Atal Nagar, the 2lst May 2020 NOTIFICATIONNo. F 5-2012019/18.- [n exercise of the powers conferred by Section 292-A,292-8,292-C,292-F and292-l read with Section 433 of the Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956 (No.23 of 1956) and Section 339-A, 339-8, 339-C, 339-F and 339-I read with Section 355 and 356 of the Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 196l (No.37 of 196l), the State Government, hereby, make the following further amendments in the Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation and Municipalities (Regisfiation of Colonizer, Terms and Conditions) Rules 2013, namely :-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules, -
In rule 10, in sub-rule (5),-
(i) for the figure and words "500 square feet" the figure and words "968.76 square feet (90 square . meters)" shall be substituted; and (ii) for the figure and words "600 square feet" the figure and words "1076.40 square feet (100 square meters)" shall be substituted.
