No. F 7-0512020132.- [n exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 19 of Chhattisgarh Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973, the State Government hereby dccord approval to the Bagbahra Development Plan, 2031 submitted by Commissioner cum Directorate under sub section (3) of Section 18 of said Adhiniyam. Bagbahra Development Plan, 2031 is being published in "Chhattisgarh Rajpafia" for as required by sub-section (4) of Section 19 of the said Adhiniyam.
2. The copy of the approved Bagbahra Development Plan, 2031 shall be available during office hours for inspection in the following offices :-
l. Collector, Mahasamund (C.G.) 2. Assistant Director, Town & county Planning, Regional Office Mahasamund (C.G.) 3. Chief Municipal Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Bagbahm (C.G.)
3. The Bagbahra Development Plan, 2031 shall come into operation from the date of publication of the said notice in Ctrhattisgarh Rajpatra as per the provision of sub- section (5) of Section 19 of Ctrhattisgarh Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyan, 197 3.
