No. F 7-08/2020132.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (l) of Section 19 of Chhattisgarh Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973, the State Government hereby accord approval to the Saraipali Development Plan, 2031 submitted by Commissioner cum Directorate under sub section (3) of Section 18 of said Adhiniyam. Saraipali Development Plan, 2031 is being published in "Chhattisgarh Rajpatra" for as required by sub-section (4) of Section 19 of the said Adhiniyam.
2. The copy of the approved Saraipali Development Plan,203l shall be available during office hours for inspection in the following ofEces :-
l. Collector, Mahasamund (C.G.) 2. Assistant Director, Town & county Planning, Regional Offrce Mahasamund (C.G.) 3. Chief Municipal Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Saraipali (C.G.)
3. The Saraipali Development Plan, 2031 shall come mto operation from the date of publication of the said notice in Chhattisgarh Rajpafa as per the provision of sub- section (5) of Section 19 of Chhattisgarh Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam,1973.
