NOTIFICATION

No. F 7-19l2015/)flI.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 9B, sub-sgction (4) of Section ¹⁵ and Section l5A of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (No. 67 of 1957),the State Government hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh District Mineral Foundation Trust Rules, 20 I 5, namely:-

In the said rules,-

l. In rule 22, in sub-rule (10), the following shall be added, namely :- {{^{{FOOTNOTE *}}}}(l l) The expenditure on all types ofinfrastructure/construction works under high priority and other priority areas except Infrastructure/Construction works in the areas of education, health and drinking water supply, shall also be made lupto20Yo ofthe amount received in trust fund."
