(ii) Should have obtained registration with the concern Stale Pharmacy Council or should obtain the same within one month from the date of his/her admission, failing which the

adrnission of the candidate shall be cancelled.

62.1 Introduction

This Ordinance shall be known as ISBM University Ordinance for Bachelor of Science in Nursirig abbreviated as B.Sc. Nursing.

62.2 Title

62.4 Duration

Duration of the B.Sc. Nursing shall be Four years (eight semesters). Maximum duration shall be eight years to get the degree.

62.5 Eligibility

(i) The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years as on 3l't December of the year in which admission is sought.

(As per Indian Nursing Council norms)

(ii) Minimum Qualification: Passed l0+2 exam with Science (PCB) & English as Core/Elective subject with aggregate of 4570 marks from recognized board under AISSCE / CBSE / ICSE / SSCE / HSCE or any other equivalent Board.

(iii) Student shall be medically fit.

(iv) Students passed in 10+2 examination in Science (PCB) condlrcted by National Institute of Open School with 45o

nrarks.

62.6 Seats

The,basic uqit will be of 60 seats or as per the permission , from Indian Nursing Council. Multiples of this unit can also be set up by the Board of Management of ISBM University with due permission from the Regulatory Body.

62.7 Admission Procedure :

Reservation policy of the Chhattisgarh State Govemment shall be adhered to. Provisions of Guidelines for admission issued by the Higher Educalion Department of Chhattisgarh Government will be

followed.

62.8 Academic Year

The,academic session shall normally be from July to June every year. There shall be two academic cycles, one from July to December and another from January to June every

year.

62.9 SelectionProcedure

The Uqiversity shall issue admission notification in news papers, on the notice board of the University, Uhiversity website and in other publicity media before the start of every session. The list of candidates selected for admission shall be displayed on the website or the studenfs may also be informed directly about their admission. The University shall

also display the selected candidates' list on its Notice Board. The candidates which result awaited can also apply. Such

candidates however shall have to produce the Mark sheets or Degree certificates, as a proof for required eligibility criteria before the cutoff date, failing which, the provisional admission so granted shall be cancelled.

The: admission may also be rejected due to any of the

The Course fee shall be as decided by the Board of Management of ISBM University with due approval from Chhattisgarh Private University Regulatory Commission,

Raipur from time to time.

62.11 Examination Scheme

As per the University Examination Ordinance 2, unless provided otherwise.

62.12 Course Structure

The Course Structure shall be as framed by the respective Board of Studies and approved by the Academic Council of

ISBM University.

62.13 General

On the recommendation of the Academic Council, the Vice-

Chancellor shall be competent to change the system/pattem of Examination, after making necessary amendments in the

Ordinance.

In case of any disprite, the matter shall be decided under the jurisdiction of the High Court of Chhattisgarh.
