AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
After sub-rule (3) ofRule 14, the following shall be inserted, namely:-
*(4) Any member ofthe Lower Judicial Service,who is allowedpermissionA.{OC/forwardingofhis/her application seeking employment in other department/State by the High Court, shall submit a bond to the effect that in the event of eventual selection and relinquishment of his/her service, he/she shall serve one month's prior notice or one month salary in lieu thereof at the time of such relinquishment."
