AMENDMENT
[n the said rules,-
After sub-rule (4) ofrule 12, the following shall be inserted, namely :-
'(5) Any member ofthe Higher Judicial Service,who is allowedpermissionA.IOC/forwardingofhiVtrer application seeking employment in other departrnenUState by the High Court, shall submit a bond to the effect that in the event ofeventual selection and relinquishment ofhis/her service, he/she shall serve one month's prior notice or one month salary in lieu thereof at the time of such relinquishment."
