4 THE CHHATTISGARH PRIVATE UNIVERSITIES (ESTABLTSHMENT AND OPERATION) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2020.
An Act to further amend the Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2005 (No. 13 of 2005).
Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Seventy First Year of the Republic of India, as follows:-
1. (1) This Act may be called the Short title, extent Chhattisgarh Private Universities and commencement. (Establishment and Operation) (Amendment) Ac! 2020.
(2) It shall extend to the whole State of
Chhattisgarh.
(3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official
Gazette.
2. In the Schedule made under sub-section (1) dmendment of of Section 9 of the Chhattisgarh Private Schedule.
Universities (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2005 (No. 13 of 2005), ?fter serial number 13 and entries relating thereto, the following shall be added, namely:-
