अधिसूचना
क्रमांक एफ 3-55/2019/14-1. - भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ कृषि (राजपत्रित) सेवा भर्ती नियम, 2011 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात :-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों की अनुसूची में,-
1. अनुसूची-एक के सरल क्रमांक 7 तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात् :-

2. अनुसूची-दो के सरल क्रमांक 5 तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात् :-

| ''5. | सहायक संचालक कृषि (लेखा/स्थापना) | 06 | 50% | 50% | - | पदोन्नति हेतु 03 पद निर्धारित है जिसमें से 02 पद अधीक्षक संवर्ग से भरे जायेंगे एवं 01 पद शीघ्रलेखक वर्ग- एक संवर्ग से भरे जायेंगे।'' |
3. अनुसूची-चार के सरल क्रमांक 5 तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात् :-

| ''5. | अधीक्षक/ शीघ्रलेखक वर्ग-एक | 5 वर्ष | सहायक संचालक कृषि (लेखा/स्थापना) | (1) छत्तीसगढ़ लोक सेवा आयोग या समिति द्वारा नाम निर्देशित सदस्य -अध्यक्ष (2) अपर मुख्य सचिव/प्रमुख सचिव/ सचिव, कृषि-सदस्य (3) संचालक, कृषि - सदस्य (4) आरक्षित वर्ग से - सदस्य | पदोन्नति हेतु 03 पद निर्धारित है जिसमें से 02 पद अधीक्षक संवर्ग से भरे जायेंगे एवं 01 पद शीघ्रलेखक वर्ग- प्रतिनिधि एक संवर्ग से भरे जायेंगे।'' |

क्रमांक एफ 3-55/2019/14-1. - भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ 3-55/2019/14-1, दिनांक 9-06-2020 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है।

NOTIFICATION
No. F 3-55/2019/14-1. ― In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following amendment in the Chhattisgarh Agricultural (Gazetted) Services Recruitment Rules, 2011, namely :-
AMENDMENT
In Schedule of the said rules,-
1. For serial number 7 and entries relating thereto of Schedule-I, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

| "7. | Assistant Director Agriculture (Accounts/ Establishment) | 06 | Class-II | Rs. 56100- 177500 Level-12" |
2. For serial number 5 and entries relating thereto of Schedule-II, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
| (1) | (2) | (3) | (4) | (5) | (6) | (7) |
| "5. | Assistant Director Agriculture (Accounts/ Establishment) | 06 | 50% | 50% | - | 03 posts shall be determined for promotion, out of which 02 posts shall be filled by Superintendent Cadre and 01 post shall be filled by Stenographer Grade-I Cadre." |
3. For serial number 5 and entries relating thereto of Schedule-IV, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

| "5. | Superintendent/ Stenographer Grade-I | 5 years | Assistant Director Agriculture (Accounts/ Establishment) | (1) Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission or member nominated by Committee- Chairman. (3) Director, Agriculture – Member (4) Representative from a reserved category | 03 posts shall be determined for promotion, out of which 02 posts shall be filled by Superintendent Cadre and 01 post shall be filled by Stenographer Grade-I Cadre." – Member. |
