सूचना
क्रमांंक एफ 11-03/2020/सात-4.- छत्तीसगढ़ भू-राजस्व संहिता, 1959 (क्रमांक 20 सन् 1959) की धारा 13 की उप-धारा (2) के परन्तुक में अन्तर्विष्ट उपबंधों के अनुसरण में, एतदद्वारा, यह सूचना दी जाती है कि उपरोक्त संहिता की धारा 13 की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त षक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, नीचे दी गई अनुसूची के कॉलम (3) में विनिर्दिष्ट तहसील की सीमाओं को परिवर्तित करना, कॉलम (4) में विनिर्दिष्ट नवीन तहसील सृजित करना तथा इसमें विनिर्दिष्ट अनुसार उनकी सीमाओं को परिभाषित करना प्रस्तावित करती है।
इस सूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तारीख से साठ दिवस के अवसान पर, प्रस्ताव पर विचार किया जायेगा तथा इस संबंध में कोई भी आपत्ति या सुझाव, लिखित रूप में, सचिव, राजस्व एवं आपदा प्रबंधन विभाग, छत्तीसगढ़ षासन, महानदी भवन, मंत्रालय, कैपिटल काम्पलेक्स, नवा रायपुर अटल नगर, जिला रायपुर को उक्त अवधि के अवसान के पूर्व अगे्रषित किये जा सकेंगे :-

NOTICE
No. F 11-03/2020/Seven-4. ―In pursuance of the provision contained in the proviso to sub-section (2) of Section 13 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (No. 20 of 1959), notice is hereby given that in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 13 of the said Code, the State Government proposes to alter the limits of Tehsil specified in column (3), to create a new Tehsil specified in column (4) and to define the limits thereof as specified in Schedule below.
The proposal shall be taken into consideration on the expiry of sixty days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette and any objections or suggestions in respect thereof may be forwarded, in writing to the Secretary, Department of Revenue and Disaster Management, Government of Chhattisgarh, Mahanadi Bhawan, Mantralaya, Capitol Complex, Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, District Raipur, Chhattisgarh before the expiry of the said period :-
