No. F 13-09/2 020117-Tuto.-In exercise ofthe powers conferredby sub.clause (ii) ofclause (b) ofthe Section 3 ofthe hohibition of Electronic Cigarettes (Production, Manuf,acture, Import, Export" Transport, Sale, Distribution, Storage and Advertisement) Act"20l9 (No. 42 of 2019), the State Government. Hereby, appoints the Drug Inspectors working under Contoller, Food and Drugs Administration, Ctrhattisgarh as Authorised Officer for the purpose of the said Act for the whole State of Clrhattisgarh
