The State Government is pleased to appoint following Advocate Practicing in the Supreme Court of India, as Additional Advgcate General for the State of Chhattisgarh, for conducting cases relating to Chhattisgarh in the Supreme Court of India, New Delhi from the date she assume charge of her office, as under,-

Additional Advocate General Head Quarter shall be at New Delhi. She may be directed by the State Government to represent the State in other Courts of India from time to time.
Both parties shall be at liberty to terminate the contract at any time.
She shall have to submit declaration of the following intent,-
(a) That, he has not been declared financially insolvent by any competent court and no civil decree is pending against him or any case is not pending against him for willfully neglecting it;
o) That, he has not been declared ineligible by the State Bar Council, where he is enrolled, or by the Bar Council of India or by any Court orAuthority;
(c)
That no criminal case is pending against him in any competent courl and that he has not been convicted by any court.
