न्ह्मईीं प्रन्र्र्ध्ीी ऽप्रर्क्ती ञ ैर्न्ीह्यत्र्न् र् ॉी ऽह्म र्झ्ी र्र्५ीीॉध् ॉ ध् ईन्२न्र् ी०ई २र्न्ीञ्रण् क्ष्क्ष्र्ि {र्न्ीध्ॉ्र३न् र्र्न्ीँीए प्रर्॰ी ूद्व ँींर्९ी"य्न्न्न् ूर्ूिर्ि ;्रद्ध ॉध्र्क्तीध् झ्ईध्य् र्॰ीञ न् प्रई र्र्५ीीॉध्र् ॉीञ ञए {र्न्ीध्ॉ्र३न् र्९ीर् ॉी र्र्ऽीी्र ॉ प्रई ऽध्ध्य् ध् प्रींप्रघई झ्ध् ॉप्रट्टप्र९ई २भन्ण्" No. 367/Fin./Rule/IV/2020.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Fundamental Rules, namely :—
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,—
For sub-rule (1) of rule 22 C, the following shall be substituted, namely :—
"(1) (a) The following stipend shall be payable to the Government Servant selected on the posts of direct recruitment during the probation period of three years :—
First year — 70 percent of the minimum of the pay scale of the post; Second year — 80 percent of the minimum of the pay scale of the post; Third year — 90 percent of the minimum of the pay scale of the post;
Provided that during probation period, other allowances along with stipend shall be received as a Government Servant.
(b) On confirmation in the service or post after the expiry of the period of probation, the pay of the Government Servant shall be fixed at minimum in the time-scale applicable of the service or the post.
(c) The Government Servant selected on the posts of direct recruitment also includes the appointment of selected candidates through Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission."
