NOTIFICATION
No. F l-l/201 9ll/One(l). - In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) and(3) of Article 166 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following firther amendment in the Chhattisgarh Govemment Business (Allocation) Rules, namely :-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
In colurrm number (4) corresponding to entry "Forty" in column number (3) of serial number Seven of rule (2), the words "Ayacut Departrnent" shall be omitted.
In Schedule of the said rules,-
1. Under heading "Thirty one-Water Resources Department" after serial number 7 and entries relating -thereto of Part (A) "Matters of Policy dealt within the Departmetrt", the following shall be added, namely:-
"7-a. Command area development under irrigation projects, which includes industries based on development of irrigation, drainage agriculture, forestry and Agriculture.
7-b. Command area development. 7-c. Planting trees and social forestery beside roads and canals.
7-d. Establishment of new markets (Mandis) and development of existing mandis under command atea.
7=e. Consolidation of holdings and development of Agricultural land within command area of major and medium irrigation projects."
2. Under the heading {{^{{FOOTNOTE *}}}}Thirty one-Water Resources Department", in serial number 1 of Part (D) "Boards and Corporation set up under Acts", the words "Madhya Pradesh Lift Irrigation Corporation, Bhopal': shall be omitted.
3. The heading "Forty-Ayacut Departmenf'and entries relating thereto, shall be omitted.
