Head Quarter shall be at New Delhi. He may be directed by the State Government to represent the State in other Courts of India from time to time.

Both parties shall be at liberty to terminate the contract at any time.

He shall have to submit declaration of the following inteni-

(a) That, he has not been declared financially insolvent by any competent court and no civil decree is pending against him or any case is not pending against him for willfully neglecting it;

O) That, he has not been declared ineligible by the State Bar Council, where he is enrolled, or by the Bar Council of India or by any Court orAuthority;
