No. F 1-2912008/25-1.- In exercise ofthe powers conferred by the proviso toArticle 309 ofthe Constitution of India, the Govemor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Scheduled Tribe and Scheduled Caste Development Department sub-ordinate (Class-III Ministerial) Service Recruitment Rules, 201 3, namely
AMENDMENT
In Schedule of the said rules,-
l.
Under Heading "Head ofthe Departmenf Office" of Schedule-Il, for entries in column (7) of serial number (13), the following shall be substituted, namely :-
"Such Steno-typist, who possesses prescribed qualification for the post ofStenographer Grade-III, shall be el igible for promotion."
2.
UnderHeading"sub-ordinateOffices"ofSchedule-Il,incolumn(4)ofserial number (3), for the figure and symbol "50yo", the figure and symbol *700yo" shall be substituted and in column (5), the figure and syrnbol *50Yo"
shall be omitted.
Under Heading "A-Head of Department Offrce" of Schedule-IV,-
(, in column (2) of serial number I , after the words and symbol "Assistant SuperintendenVAuditor", the words and symbol "/Junior Accounts Officer" shall be inserted;
(o in column (2) of serial number 2, the words and symbol "/JuniorAccounts Officer" shall be omitted;
(iii) in column (2) of serial number 3, after the words and symbol "Accountant (Accounts Trained)", the words and symbol "/Assistant Grade-II (Accounts Trained)" shall be inserted;
(rv) serial number 5 and entries relating thereto shall be omitted; and
(v) in column (2) of serial number 6, after the words and symbol "Assistant Grade-III", the words and symbol'"/Assistant Grade-III (Accounts Trained)" and in column (3), after the words and symbol "Assistant Grade-II", the words and symbol "/Assistant Grade-II (Accounts Trained) /Accountant" shall be inserted.

Under Heading "B-Sub-ordinate Offices" of Schedule-IV", in column (2), for the words " Junior Accounts Officef', the words "Assistant Grade-I" and in column (4), for the figure and words "5 years", the figure and words "10 years" shall be substituted.
Under Heading "B-Sub-ordinate Offices" of Schedule-I[ in column (2), after the words and syrnbol " Accountant (Accounts trained)", the words and symbol "/Assistant Grade-II (Accounts trained)" shall be inserted.
