No. F 2l-8l20054.{ad55-4. - In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India the Govemor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Medical Education (Gazetted) Service Recruitment Rules, 2013, namely :-
AMENDMENT
ln the schedule of said rules,-
l. In Column (5) of serial number I under Heading {{^{{FOOTNOTE *}}}}DIRECTORATE" of Schedule-IV, for the figure, words and symbol "2. Principal Secretary/ Secretary Govemment of Chhattisgarh Health and Family Welfare Departrnent" the figure, words and symbol "2. Secretary in-charge, Govemment of Chhattisgarh, Medical Education Departmenf' shall be substituted .
2. In Column (5) of Schedule-IV, for the figure, words and symbol "2. Incharge Secretary Government of Chhattisgarh Health and Family Welfare Department" wherever they occur, the figure, words and symbol "2. Secretary in-charge, Govemment of Chhattisgarh, Medical Education Department" shall be substituted.
