अधिसूचना

क्रमांक एफ 1-22/2014/32.⸺ छत्तीसगढ़ नगर तथा ग्राम निवेश अधिनियम, 1973 (क्र. 23 सन्‌ 1973) की धारा 76 ख की उप-धारा (2) सहपठित धारा 85 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्‌द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ विकास प्राधिकरण सेवा (अधिकारी तथा कर्मचारी) भर्ती नियम, 2013 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्‌ः-

उक्त नियमों की अनुसूची में, -

अनुसूची-दो (क) सरल क्रमांक 6 के कॉलम (7) में, शब्द एवं चिन्ह ''राज्य प्रशासनिक सेवा/संविदा नियुक्ति'' के स्थान पर, शब्द एवं चिन्ह ''राज्य प्रशासनिक सेवा/उप-सचिव से अनिम्न श्रेणी के पद पर कार्य का न्यूनतम 5 वर्ष का अनुभव/संविदा नियुक्ति''प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये।

NOTIFICATION

No. F 1-22/2014/32.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-Section (2) of Section 76B read with Section 85 of the Chhattisgarh Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973 (No. 23 of 1973), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Development Authority Services (Officers and Employees) Recruitment Rules, 2013 namely :-

AMENDMENT

In Schedule of the said rules,-

In Column (7) of serial number 6 of Schedule-II(A), for the words and symbol "State Administrative Services/ Contract Appointment", the words and symbol "State Administrative Services/ Not below the rank of Deputry Secretary with minimum 5 years of work experience/ Contract Appointment" shall be substitued.
