Pension Adhiniyam, 1972 (No.7 of 1973).
Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Seventy-First Year ofthe Republic
oflndia, as follows :-
l. (l) This Act may be called The Ctrhattisgarh Vidhan Sabha Sadasya Vetan, Short title and
commencement.
Bhatta Tatha Pension (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2020.
@ It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Chhattisgarh Vidhan Sabha Sadasya Vetan, Bhatta Tatha Pension Adhiniyam, Amendment of 1972(No. 7 of 1973), (hereinafter referred to as the PrincipalAct), inSection Section 6-8' 6-8, for the words o'rupees ten thousand per mensem ", the words " as specified in the Schedule " shall be substituted.
3. In the Principal Act, in Schedule, for serial number 6, 7 and 8 and entries relating thereto, Amendment of
schedule' the following shall be substituted, respectively, namely :-
