No./Panch.-3 0TIPGYY/2212020/2312(A).- [n exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (l) of Section 95 ofthe Chhattisgarh-Panchayat Raj Adhiniyum, 1993 (No. I of 1994), the State Govemment, hereby makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Gram Panchayat (Term of Office of Members of Standing Committee and Procedure for the Conduct of Business) Rules, 1994, the same having been previously published as required by sub-section (3) of Section 95 of the said Adhiniyum, namqly :-
AMENDMENT
ln the said rules,-
l. In rule 3, in sub rule (l), after the word "Pancho", the symbol and words "/ Members of Gram Sabha" shall be omitted.
) In rule 3, in sub iule (2),-
(i) in second proviso, for the puncuation colon ":" the puncuation full stop "." shall be substituted;
and
(ii) third proviso shall be omitted.
