क्रमांक 30/02/ब/अनु.प्रति/2009-20/2849. ― छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य अनुग्रह प्रतिकर भुगतान नियम, 2009 के नियम 9 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुये, निर्वाचन कर्तव्य के दौरान अधिकारियों/कर्मचारियों की मृत्यु अथवा घायल होने पर, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, उक्त नियम में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् :-

उक्त नियमों में,-
नियम 4 के खण्ड (क) के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित अन्तःस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात् :-
''(क-1) अधिकारियों/कर्मचारियों की निर्वाचन कर्तव्य के दौरान कोविड-19 से मृत्यु होने की दशा में, अनुग्रह प्रतिकर राशि रू. 30,00,000/- (तीस लाख) का भुगतान मृतक के नामिनी/परिवार के सदस्य कोे किया जायेगा।
(क-2) यह संशोधन दिनांक 22 जुलाई, 2020 से भूतलक्षी प्रभाव से प्रवृत्त होगा।'' Raipur, the 14th October 2020
NOTIFICATION
No. 30/02/ब/अनु.प्रति/2009-20/2849. ― In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 9 of the Chhattisgarh State Ex-Gratia Compensation Payment for Officials/Employees died or injured during Electioneering Duty, Rules, 2009, the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the said rules, namely :-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
After clause (a) of rule 4, the following shall be inserted, namely :-
"(a-1) In case of death of the officers/employees to Covid-19, the Ex-Gratia Compensation amount shall be of Rs. 30,00,000/- (Thirty Lac), which shall be paid to the nominees/family member of the deceased.
(a-2) These amendment shall come into force with retrospective effect from the date of 22nd July, 2020.
