No. I 10 (Mis .yIJ-15-1912020. - Following amendments are incorporated in Chhattisgarh High Court Services (Appointment, Conditions of Service and Conduct) Rules, 2017.
AMENDMENT
ExistingRule-l I (l) is substitutedwiththe following;
(1) All appointments to the services by direct recruitnent (including Contingency Paid Employees appointed to a regular post by way ofpromotion) shall be on probation for a period ofthree years. During the period of probation, they shall be paid stipend as mentioned below;
lst year - 70o/o of the minimum of the pay scale of the post;
2ndyear - 80% ofthe minimum ofthe pay scale ofthe post;
3rdyear - 90% of the minimum of the pay scale of the post;
Provided that during probation period, other allowances along-with stipend shall be received as a Government Servant.

2. In Rule I I (a) (i); after the words "service in the post.", following sentence is added;
"After successful completion of probation period and after confirmation, the pay of the member of the service shall be fxed at minimum of the pay scale applicable to the service or the post they hold." These amendmentsshall come into force with immediate effect.

of Computer Typing both in Hindi & English (Hindi @ 25 w.p. m. and English @30w.p.m.) Maximum25 marks each. Thetest shall be of total 100 marks andthe employee concerned shall obtain a minimum of4OoZ marks (Ten out ofTwenty Five) in each paper/subject namely (A) English Language (B) Computer Operation (C) Computer Typing (English) and Computer Typing (Hindi) to get qualified.
Further, the selection for 20o/o promotion shall be made strictly on the basis of seniority from amongst those who qualify the Skill Test irrespective of the merit obtained in the Test and the selection shall be made on the basis of their 05 years' ACR Gradings/present work & conduct report. If any employee graded-D or beloilnot satisfactory in any of the year (out of 05 years), he/she may not be considered for promotion though he/she is qualified in the said test. As per qualification against 0l post, 02 candidates only may be called for said test strictly on seniority basis who have completed minimum 05 years of service (including the services rendered as Contingency Paid Employee).
The amendments shall come into force with immediate effect.
