क्रमांक एफ 5-06-01/आठ-परि/2020. - कोराना वायरस (कोविड-19) महामारी की परिस्थितियॉं निर्मित हो जाने के परिणामस्वरूप, बसों का नियमित संचालन नहीं हो रहा है, अतएव, छत्तीसगढ़ मोटरयान कराधान अधिनियम, 1991 (क्र. 25 सन् 1991) की धारा 21 की उप-धारा (1) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, अंतर्राज्यीय/अखिल भारतीय पर्यटक परमिट तथा समस्त मंजिली यात्री वाहनों के माह सितंबर, 2020 एवं अक्टूबर, 2020 के देय मासिक कर में छूट, निम्नांकित निर्बन्धनों एवं शर्तो के अध्यधीन प्रदाय करती है :-
''केवल ऐसे बस संचालक छूट के पात्र होंगे, जो अपने प्रत्येक यात्री वाहन के वाहन चालक/परिचालक एवं हेल्पर को माह जून, 2020 से माह अगस्त, 2020 तक के वेतन/भत्ता आदि का भुगतान करने का प्रमाण-पत्र प्रस्तुत कर दिया हो या उक्त भुगतान को, माह दिसंबर, 2020 तक किए जाने का शपथ-पत्र अनिवार्य रूप से संबंधित कराधान प्राधिकारी को प्रस्तुत कर दिया हो।''
उक्त अधिसूचना, दिनांक 01 सितंबर, 2020 से प्रभावशील होगी।

NOTIFICATION
F.No.5-06-01/trans-VIII/2020. - As a result of Corona Virus (Covid-19), Pandemic circumstances, the buses were not operating regularly, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 21 of the Chhattisgarh Motoryan Karadhan Adhiniyam, 1991 (No 25 Sun 1991), the State Government, hereby, exempts the monthly tax payable in the months of September 2020 and October 2020 of inter-State / All India Tourist Permit and all Stage Carriage Passenger Vehicles subject to the following restrictions and conditions:-
"Only such bus operators will be eligible for the rebate, who have submitted the certificate of payment of salary / allowances etc. to the driver / conductor and helper of each of their passenger vehicle for the month of June to August of 2020, or must have submitted an affidavit of said payments to the concerned Taxation Authority by December 2020." This notification shall come into force with effect from the date of 1st September, 2020.

क्रमांक एफ 5-06-02/आठ-परि/2020. - कोराना वायरस (कोविड-19) की महामारी की परिस्थितियांॅ निर्मित हो जाने के परिणामस्वरूप, छत्तीसगढ़ मोटरयान कराधान अधिनियम, 1991 (क्र. 25 सन् 1991) की धारा 24 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ मोटरयान कराधान नियम, 1991 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् :-
संशोधन
उक्त नियम में,-
(1) नियम 11 के उप-नियम (2) में, शब्द ''पॉंच सौ रूपये'' के स्थान पर, शब्द ''एक सौ रूपये'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये।
(2) नियम 12 के उप-नियम (2) में, शब्द ''पॉंच सौ रूपये'' के स्थान पर, शब्द ''एक सौ रूपये'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये।
उक्त संशोधन, दिनांक 01 सितंबर, 2020 से प्रभावशील होगा।

F.No.5-06-02/trans-VIII/2020. - As a result of Corona Virus (Covid-19), Pandemic circumstances, in exercise of the powers conferred by the Sub-Section (1) of Section 24 of the Chhattisgarh Motoryan Karadhan Adhiniyam, 1991 (No. 25 of 1991), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Motoryan Karadhan Rules, 1991, namely :-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules :-
(1) In sub-rule (2) of rule 11, for the words ''Rupees Five Hundred'', the words ''Rupees One Hundred'' shall be substituted.
(2) In sub-rule (2) of rule 12, for the words ''Rupees Five Hundred'', the words ''Rupees One Hundred'' shall be substituted.
This amendment shall come into force with effect from the date of 1st September, 2020.

क्रमांक एफ 5-06-03/आठ-परि/2020. - कोराना वायरस (कोविड-19) की महामारी की परिस्थितियॉं निर्मित हो जाने के परिणामस्वरूप, बसों का नियमित रूप से संचालन नहीं हो रहा है, अतएव, मोटरयान अधिनियम, 1988 (1988 का सं. 59) की धारा 65 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ मोटरयान नियम, 1994 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् :-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों में,-
नियम 77 के उप-नियम (2) के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित जोड़ा जाये, अर्थात् :-
''परंतु यह कि, प्रत्येक मंजिली गाड़ी अनुज्ञा पत्र अथवा ठेका गाड़ी अनुज्ञा पत्र से आच्छादित वाहन को अनुपयोग में रखे जाने हेतु समय-सीमा, 31 मार्च, 2021 तक शिथिल रहेगा।''
उक्त संशोधन दिनांक 01 सितंबर, 2020 से प्रभावशील होगा।

AMENDMENT
In the said rules:-
After sub-rule (2) of rule 77, the following shall be added namely:-
"Provided that, to keep no operation of each vehicle covered under stage carriage permit and contract Carriage permit, time limit is relaxed till 31st march of 2021.
This amendment shall come into force with effect from the date of 1st September, 2020.
