क्रमांक एफ 5-10/आठ-परि/2020. - छत्तीसगढ़ मोटरयान कराधान अधिनियम, 1991 (क्र. 25 सन् 1991) की धारा 21 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए जारी विभागीय अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ 5-10/आठ-परि./2020, दिनांक 28 मार्च, 2020 के द्वारा राज्य सरकार ने ''एक मुश्त निपटान'' व्यवस्था के अंतर्गत उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 15 के प्रावधान के अनुसार कर, शास्ति एवं ब्याज की वसूली योग्य राशि में दिनांक 30 सितंबर, 2020 तक छूट प्रदान किया था, चूंकि कोविड-19 महामारी से विषम परिस्थितियॉं उत्पन्न हो रही है, अतएव, राज्य सरकार, एतदद्वारा, उक्त अवधि को, दिनांक 1 अक्टूबर, 2020 से 31 मार्च, 2021 तक अस्थाई रूप से वृद्धिकृत करती है। यह अधिसूचना, दिनांक 31 मार्च, 2021 तक प्रवृत्त रहेगी।
F.No. f 5-10/trans-VIII/2020. - The departmental notification no. F.5-10/VIII-Trans./2020 dated 28th March, 2020 issued in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(1) of Section 21 of the Chhattisgarh Motoryan Karadhan Adhiniyam, 1991 (No. 25 of 1991), the State Government granted the rebate in amount recoverable under tax, penalty and interest as per the provision of Section 15 of the said Adhiniyam, under the arrangement of "One Time Settlement" till the date of 30th September, 2020, whereas unfavourable situation arising from COVID-19 pandemic, therefore, the State Government, hereby, temporarily extends, the said period, from 1st October, 2020 to 31st March, 2021.
This Notification shall come into force upto the date of 31st March, 2021.
