No. F l0-80/2020/CTN(ll0).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (3) and (4) of section 9, sub-section (l) ofsection I l, sub-section (5) ofsection l5 and section 148 ofthe Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017), the State Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of th-e Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Notification No. l2l2}l7-State Tax(Rate), No. F-10-43/20l7lCTN(80), Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Departrnent, dated the 28th lune, 2017, published in the Gazette (Extraordinary) of Chhattisgarh, No.252, dated the 29th June, 2017,2017, namely:-
In the said notification, in the Table, after serial number 19B and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely:-
Nil Nil." *19C 996s Satellite launch services supplied by Indian Space Research Organisation, Anfiix Corporation Limited or New Space India Limited.
2. This notification shall be deemed to have come in to force on l6th October 2020.
