No. 8375 /Rules/2020. The following amendments are incorporated in the Ctrhattisgarh High Court, Right to -

Information Rules, 2005, which shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Chhattisgarh Gazette :-

AMENDMENTS

In the Rule-3, Chapter-ll, of Chhattisgarh High Court, Rightto Information Rules, 2005, the following words should be inserted after the word "affixing"

In the Rule-3, Chapter-Il, of Chhattisgarh High Court, Right to Information Rules, 2005 the following words should be inserted after the word "court fees"

6. In the Rule- 14, Chapter-Ill, of Chhattisgarh High Court, Right to Inforrnation Rules, 2005, the following words should be inserted in S. No. 2 after the word "court fees stamp"

7. In the Rule-I4, Chapter-Ill, of Chhattisgarh High Court, Right to Information Rules, 2005, the following words should be inserted in S. No. 3,4, 5 after the word,,per page,,
