No.4-108/Ilome-cl2}l7 .-In exercise of the powers conferredby sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Chhattisgarh Visesh Jan Suraksha Adhiniyam 2005 (No. 14 of 2006), the State Government hereby, extends the notification ofthis DepartrnentNo. F4-108/Home-cl2017,dated 14November,20l9 anddeclares "J.J. M. P. (Jharkhand Jan Mukti Parisad)" Organisation as Unlawful Organisations for a further period of one year.

This Notification will remain in force for one year in Chhattisgarh with effect from ¹⁵ November, 2020.
