By virtue of the power vested in me by sub section (1) of Section 22 of the Protection of Human Rights Act, 1993 (No. 10 of 1994), I, Anusuiya Uikey, Governor of Chhattisgarh do hereby appoint Shri Neelam Chand Sankhla, Registrar General, High Court of Chhattisgarh to be a member of the Chhattisgarh Human Rights Commission with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.
Given at Raj Bhawan, Raipur on this 24th day of November in the year Two Thousand Twenty in the 71st year of the Republic of India.
