No.F 7-20/2019/32.- -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (l) of section 19 of Chhattisgarh Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973, the State Government hereby accord approval to the Bijapur Development Plan, 2031 submitted by Directorate under sub section (3) of section 18 of said Adhiniyam. Bijapur Development Plan,203l is being published in "Chhattisgarh Rajpatra" for as required by sub-section (4) of section 19 of the said Adhiniyam.
2. The copy of the approved Bijapur Development Plan,203l shall be available during offrce hours for inspection in the following offices :-
l. Collector, Bijapur (C.G.) 2. Deputy Director, Town & country Planning, Regional Offrce Jagdalpur (C.G.) 3. Chief Municipal Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Bijapur (C.G.)
3. The Bijapur Development Plan, 2031 shall come into operation fiom the date of publication of the said notice in Chhattisgarh Rajpatra as per the provision of sub- section (5) of section 19 of Chhattisgarh Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973.
