NOTIFICATION
No. F l0-122/2010129-L(part-l).- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 53 of the Legal Metrolory Act, 2009 (No. I of 2010), after consultation with the Central Government, The State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in the Chhattisgarh Legal Metrology (Enforcement) Rules, 2011, the same having been previously published as required by sub-section (4) of Section 53 of the said Act, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
l In sub-rule (4), of rule I l, for the words "two years", the words "'five years" shall be substituted. 2. For serial number (i), (ii) and (iii), of Schedule-IV, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
'(i) Manufacturer Rs 5000
(ii) Repairers Rs 2000
(iii) Dealers . Rs 1000'
3. For SCHEDULE-VI, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
