क्रमांक एफ 1-214/2019/18. ― छत्तीसगढ़ नगर पालिका अधिनियम 1961 (क्रमांक 37 सन् 1961) की धारा 5 में प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य शासन एतद्द्वारा निम्न अनुसूची में वर्णित ग्राम पंचायतों को सम्मिलित करते हुए नगर पंचायत मंदिर हसौद, जिला-रायपुर गठित करने का अभिप्राय प्रकट करता है :-

नगर पंचायत मंदिर हसौद में सम्मिलित ग्राम पंचायतों का विवरण निम्नानुसार है :-

अनुसूची -2
नगर पंचायत मंदिर हसौद की सीमाएं निम्नानुसार प्रस्तावित है :-
ग्राम पंचायत मंदिर हसौद, छतौना, नक्टा तथा कुरूद म की सम्पूर्ण सीमाएं ही नगर पंचायत मंदिर हसौद की सीमाएं होंगी।
उपरोक्त आशय के छ.ग. राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने के दिनांक से 12 दिन के भीतर कोई भी स्थानीय प्राधिकारी अथवा कोई भी व्यक्ति उक्त आशय के विषय में अपनी आपत्ति/सुझाव कलेक्टर-रायपुर को उनके कार्यालय में राज्य शासन के विनिश्चय हेतु कार्यालयीन दिवस एवं समय पर प्रस्तुत कर सकते है। अटल नगर, दिनांक 11 दिसम्बर 2020 क्रमांक एफ 1-214/2019/18. ― भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ 1-214/2019/18, दिनांक 11-12-2020 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है।

NOTIFICATION
No. F 1-214/2019/18. ― In exercise of powers conferred by section 5 of Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961 (No. 37 of 1961) the State Government, hereby, intend to include the following Gram Panchayat in the boundary of Nagar Panchayat Mandir Hasoud in District-Raipur as given in the Schedule below :-

The particulars of areas of Gram panchayat to be included in limits of Nagar Panchayat Mandir Hasoud is as under :-

The boundaries of the proposed Nagar Panchayat Mandir Hasoud is as under :-
The Boundaries of the Nagar Panchayat Mandir Hasoud shall be the Total boundaries of existing Gram Panchayat Mandir Hasoud, Chhatouna, Nakta and Kurud M.
Any person or any local authority may submit his objection/Suggestion in writing to the Collector, District-Raipur on any official day and time within 12 days from the date of Publication in "Chhattisgarh Rajpatra" for the consideration of State Government.
