NOTIFICATTON /
No. F 3-g6l2O2O/CT(Ex.)A/(123).- In exercise of the powers conferred under section l0 of Chhattisgarh Excise Act, l9l5 (No. II of l9l5), in order to have an effective conffol on the provision of, travellers entering the state could import a maximum of one quart bottle of liquor for personal consumption without restriction, the State Govemment hereby allows to establish check points at air-ports, railway stations and bus-stands within the state.
This shall be applicable from the date of issue of the notification.
