No.9750/3213/XXl-BlC.G./20.- In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub-section (l) of Section 3 ofthe Prevention of Comrption Act, 1988 (No. 49 of I 988) and in consultation with the Hlgh Court of Chhattisgarh, the State Govemment,insupersessionofearlierNotificationNo.l083S/4064D(XI-B/C.G.l18,dated2-ll-20l8,hereby,appoints Smt. Mamta Patel, Member of Higher Judicial Service as Special Judge for Special Court (C.B.I. cases) established with headquarteratRaipur,exclusivelyforthetrialofoffencesarisingurderthePreventionofComrptionAct, 1988(No.49 of 1988), investigated by Delhi Special Police Establishment and Cenhal Bureau of Investigation for the area comprising all the revenue Districts of State of Chhattisgarh.
